Since co-founding Hanon McKendry in 1994, Bill has been a contributor to over 600 award-winning advertising programs and has helped the organization grow rapidly from just four employees to the largest advertising/branding firm in the western Michigan region. While the firm works for several leading corporations, its core mission has always been a strong commitment to being a voice for human kindness. As such, in 1997, Bill also helped to form the Compass Arts Academy. Compass Arts is a 501(c)3 non-profit production studio and film school. Bill is currently Chairman of the Board for Compass Arts.
